Team
Invite team members, assign roles, and manage permissions for your workspace.
Overview
Abner workspaces support unlimited team members on all plans. Invite your co-founders, developers, and marketing team to share a single analytics dashboard.
Inviting members
- Go to your workspace settings and click the "Team" tab.
- Click "Invite member".
- Enter their email address and select a role.
- They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join your workspace.
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke invitations from the Team settings page.
Roles
Each team member is assigned one of three roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything, including billing, account deletion, and ownership transfer. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Can manage sites, invite/remove members, view all analytics, and configure integrations. Cannot access billing or delete the workspace. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the analytics dashboard. Cannot modify settings, sites, or team members. |

Changing roles
Owners and Admins can change any member's role from the Team settings page. The workspace Owner cannot be changed to a lower role — instead, use "Transfer ownership" to designate a new Owner.
Removing members
Owners and Admins can remove team members at any time. Removed members lose access immediately. Their past activity is not deleted.
