Dashboard

Understanding your analytics dashboard and the metrics it displays.

Overview

The Abner dashboard gives you a real-time view of your website traffic. Data appears within seconds of a visitor loading your page — no sampling, no 24-hour delays.

Date range selector

Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to filter data by time period. Available presets include Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, and custom date ranges.

Key metrics

Metric Description
Unique VisitorsDistinct visitors based on the daily-hashed IP. Resets each day.
Total PageviewsTotal number of pages loaded across all visitors.
Views per VisitAverage number of pages viewed per visitor session.
Bounce RatePercentage of visitors who viewed only one page.

Traffic chart

The main chart shows unique visitors and pageviews over the selected time period. Hover over any data point to see exact numbers for that day or hour.

Top pages

Shows your most-visited pages ranked by pageview count. Click any page to filter the entire dashboard to that specific page.

Referrers

Shows where your traffic is coming from — search engines, social media, other websites, or direct visits. Use this to understand which marketing channels drive the most visitors.

UTM parameters

If your inbound links use UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), Abner captures and displays them so you can measure campaign performance.

Locations

See where your visitors are located by country, region, and city. Location data is derived from the hashed IP address — no personal information is stored.

Devices & browsers

Understand what devices (desktop, mobile, tablet), browsers, and operating systems your visitors use. Useful for deciding which platforms to prioritize.
